There has only been one true God, and Jesus is the Son of God, Jesus is God’s only Son.  Jesus died for us on the cross to save us from our sins, all our sins are washed away if we just believe in Him.  Jesus wants you to go to Heaven.  Being good will not get you into Heaven, the only way into Heaven is believing in Jesus as the Son of God.  By God’s grace we are called to Him, our faith is a gift from God and has nothing to do with what we have done or do, it’s there for us to take and all God asks is that we believe His only Son is Jesus Christ and died for us to wash us clean of all our sins.  There’s nothing we can do to save ourselves, only God through Jesus Christ can save us.

You may be saved by Jesus right now with this short prayer:
Dear Jesus, I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness, through you Jesus I now realize and come to believe in You Jesus as my Lord and Savior and I believe in life everlasting with You in Heaven.  Thank you Jesus for dying on the cross for me and saving my soul.  I realize today by your grace and not by anything I can do that you have saved a place for me in your heavenly kingdom and I thank and praise you! Amen.

Now help me Lord Jesus to live in faithfulness and righteousness for You, because I love you and want to be more like you, amen!

the above prayer could be written in varying ways but the key thing  is you except Jesus as your only Lord and Savior and that he died for you for life everlasting for all who believe.
 

note: God is a Triune God meaning 3 in 1 (Father & Son & Holy Spirit), the only way to God is through the Son Jesus Christ, once you take Jesus as the your God the holy Spirit comes into you and you can never be taken away from God’s kingdom.   You do not have to perform or do good works, all was taken care of for you on the cross when Jesus shed his blood and died for us.
